Application
The Multi-Purpose Extraction Tank is engineered for a wide range of industries, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, botanical and animal-based products, food processing, and fine chemicals. As specialized equipment, it is designed to extract targeted components from materials through liquid solvent-based processes.
It is particularly well-suited for isolating active ingredients from diverse plant structures-such as roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, and seeds-as well as from natural mineral sources.
The tank supports production using a variety of solvents, including water, ethanol, and other organic agents, and is capable of accommodating multiple extraction methods such as atmospheric extraction, low-pressure extraction, water immersion, thermal reflux, and percolation.
Equipment Structure:
This Equipment Is Made Up With Extraction Tank, Condenser, Cooler, Oil And Water Separator, Filter And Circulation Pump.
Working Principle
Extraction process is decoction, plant material be soaked in tank, heated by steam, extract effective constituents.
Extraction duration is vary from plant material. Plant material volume should not over 2/3 of equipment capacity.
When extracting essential oil, vapor be condensed and cooled, then go through oil/liquid separator, light oil be collected from upper nozzle. heavy oil be collected from bottom nozzle.
Extracted liquid be pumped to evaporator for concentration process.
Characteristics
Unique self-locking discharge door, double hinges and cylinder has the advantages of being stressed uniformly and reduce the occurrence of locking leading by metal contraction.
Tanlet patented locking structure, discharge door will not open when power failure.
Equipped with bottom heating and backwash which can basically solve the problems of residue blocking the filter net or heating dead corner, also improve liquid discharge efficiency.
Side filter net, improve extract liquid discharge efficiency, solve blocking problem.
Long service life, easy to disassemble and clean.
New design oil/liquid separator, collect both light oil and heavy oil. Easy to operate.
Stages heating, Not only fully meet the heating requirement during extraction process, also avoid bumping.

Be applicable to the extraction of roots, flowers, fruits, seeds and natural mineral. Meet the requirement of water extraction and organic solvent extraction.
