Types of Fermentation Tanks
Conical Fermentation Tanks
These tanks feature a conical bottom structure, which facilitates the discharge of sediment. They are commonly used in the production of beer, wine, and other products requiring high clarity. This design allows yeast and impurities to naturally settle at the bottom, making removal convenient and improving product clarity.
Flat-Bottom Fermentation Tanks

Tank Body: It is the main container for the fermentation process, which can range from tens of liters to hundreds of thousands of liters depending on its capacity. It is designed with an insulation layer to maintain a constant fermentation temperature.
Mixing System: Composed of an electric motor driven agitator and a stirring paddle, it is used to mix culture medium and microorganisms, increase dissolved oxygen, and promote uniform distribution of microorganisms.
Ventilation and Exhaust Device
Provide oxygen to microorganisms while eliminating metabolic products such as carbon dioxide to maintain a stable gas environment.
Temperature Control System
