Cleaning in Place System
Full name of CIP is cleaning in place system. Without any manual operation, equipment (tanks, pipes and pump) and whole production line be circulate cleaning and sterilization in a closed loop.

Structure
The CIP cleaning system is made up with alkali tank, acid tank, hot water tank, pure water tank, return water tank, disinfectant tank, dense acid and alkali tank, heater, pump, connection pipes and valves. Normally acid tank, alkali tank and hot water tank is enough for cleaning requirement.
Working Principle
By setting the program, cleaning fluid be prepared by system, through the pneumatic control valve and liquid supply pump, liquid return pump to complete the transportation of cleaning and reflux cycle cleaning, discharge, recovery of the whole cleaning process
