Structural Features and Advantages
The horizontal stainless steel tank is constructed with a cylindrical body and elliptical heads at both ends, supported by sturdy saddle-type foundations.
The top is equipped with large manways, pressure/vacuum vents, and cleaning ports, while the shell incorporates multi-level liquid level indicators, temperature sensors, and anti-vortex outlet nozzles.
Internal surfaces can be finished with mechanical or electro-polishing, and external insulation jackets or protective coatings are optionally available.
The horizontal orientation provides a low center of gravity and larger sedimentation area, promoting effective material separation and settling.
Modular connection ports enable rapid integration into pipeline systems, making the tank adaptable for both indoor and outdoor installations.
Compared to vertical tanks, this design saves vertical space and is ideal for facilities with height restrictions.
