Working principle

Utilize the principle that the boiling point of alcohol is lower than that of other solutions, and use a temperature slightly higher than the boiling point of alcohol to heat and evaporate the dilute alcohol solution to be recovered, and carry out interfacial mass transfer between the vapor and liquid phases.

The condenser located at the top of the tower partially condenses the vapor, and part of the condensate returns to the bottom of the tower as reflux.

The reboiler located at the bottom of the tower causes the liquid to partially vaporize, and the vapor rises along the tower. After the distillation of the tower body, the pure alcohol gas is precipitated, which improves the concentration of the alcohol solution and achieves the purpose of recovering the alcohol.
