Application
The Multi-Claw Extraction Tank represents a new generation of extraction technology, integrating German engineering with independent R&D. It supports high-temperature and high-pressure extraction processes while featuring superior sealing performance and a mechanical self-locking mechanism to ensure both operational safety and extraction efficiency. Additionally, the discharge door is specifically designed for large-diameter straight-cylinder extraction tanks, delivering a high safety factor suitable for demanding industrial applications.
Equipment Structure:
This System Consists of an Extraction Tank, Condenser, Cooler, Oil-Water Separator, Filter, Forced Circulation Pump, And Other Components.
Working Principle
Genuine mechanical self-locking mechanism (Tanlet Patent)-safety does not rely on pneumatic cylinders (functional even during prolonged power or air supply failure).
High pressure resistance-maintains a withstand pressure of up to 0.3 MPa under loss of air or power.
Never jams-designed to be inherently jam proof in principle.
Seal does not depend on friction, preventing severe shaking or impact during discharge door opening/closing.
Each multi claw force point is adjustable with tools, enabling data driven operation.
Free from the constraint of rotating door locking rings-flange thickness increased to 100 mm
