Reactor Introduction

A reactor is a device used to realize reaction processes, including single-phase liquid reactions and multiphase reactions such as liquid-liquid, gas-liquid, liquid-solid, and gas-liquid-solid reactions. It is often equipped with a stirring device (mechanical stirring, airflow stirring, etc.). For reactors with a large height-to-diameter ratio, multi-layered impellers can be used. When heating or cooling of the material is required during the reaction, a jacket can be installed on the reactor wall, or a heat exchange surface can be installed inside the reactor. Heat exchange can also be achieved through external circulation.
