Vacuum Belt Dryer | Continuous Low-Temperature Vacuum Drying Equipment
Working Principle
The vacuum belt dryer lowers the boiling point of moisture by creating a negative-pressure environment, enabling fast dehydration at 30–135°C (adjustable). Materials are evenly distributed on a food-grade/medical-grade conveyor belt and pass through heating, constant-temperature drying, and cooling zones in sequence. The whole process is continuous, closed, and controllable, ensuring minimal oxidation, maximum retention of active ingredients, color, flavor, solubility, and physical stability.
