Application
Fermentation tank refers to the device used in industry for microbial fermentation. The main body is usually a main cylindrical shell made of stainless steel plate, with a volume of 1m³ to several hundred cubic meters. In the design and processing, attention should be paid to the tightness and rationality of the structure. It can withstand steam sterilization, has certain operational elasticity, minimizes internal accessories (avoids dead corners), has strong material and energy transfer performance, and can be adjusted to facilitate cleaning and reduce pollution, suitable for the production of a variety of products and reduce energy consumption.

Working principle
Correct the pH electrode and dissolved oxygen electrode.
Bottle sterilization. According to the need, the culture medium is mixed into the tank, sealed according to the requirements, and the small fermentation tank (5L) can put the tank into the large sterilizing pot for sterilization (115 ℃, 30 minutes); Large fermentation tanks are sterilized with steam (121°C, 30 minutes).
After the tank is cooled, place it on the fermentation table and install it properly; Open the cooling water, turn on the power of the air pump, connect the ventilation pipe to start ventilation, adjust the air intake knob to make the ventilation appropriate, and keep the tank pressure at 0.05MPa; Set the temperature, pH, stirring speed, etc., and perform the slope calibration of the dissolved oxygen electrode under the determined speed and airflow;
After the temperature is stable and all the parameters are correct, the pre-shaken seeds are introduced, the fermentation time is started, and all kinds of parameters are recorded.
Clean the tank and electrodes after fermentation.
