It is often accompanied by heat effect. The heat exchanger is used to input the heat required or move the heat product out. The mixing forms include multi-purpose anchor type or frame type. So as to ensure even mixing of materials within a short period of time.

The reactor system is constructed with a vessel, elliptical heads, agitator, jacket, support frame, drive assembly, and shaft seal. Materials and nozzle configurations can be customized to meet specific process requirements, providing both structural integrity and operational flexibility.
Operating Principle Temperature control is achieved by circulating heating or cooling media through the external jacket, allowing precise thermal management.
The system supports both atmospheric and vacuum stirring operations with controlled evaporation and reflux. Upon completion, materials are efficiently discharged through the bottom outlet for streamlined workflow.
The reactor utilizes automated welding supplemented by certified manual welding in critical areas to ensure durability and leak resistance.
Configurable heat exchange options further enhance temperature control versatility.
